About us....

Tin Can Pottery is a really cool unique space for people who want to get together and have some fun with clay.

We offer 2 hour Throwing Taster Sessions and 5 week Courses, with other pottery experiences such as outdoor Raku firing.

For age 8 upwards

(children 8 - 16 need to be accompanied by a paying adult).

See Taster Session and Courses tab for further detail.

We are happy to adapt the sessions for larger groups, birthday gatherings, hen do's, team building etc

Ben's relaxed approach to teaching will enable you to switch off from the stresses of everyday life, you'll learn new skills, have a laugh and create some really special memories, whilst being surrounded by fields in rural West Norfolk.

We are a 20 min drive from Sandringham and 40 mins to our beautiful unspoilt Norfolk beaches.

Gift vouchers are available on the site - a great alternative gift for family and friends.

We have had some wonderful comments from our potters:

'I recently booked onto a 5 week course at Tin Can Pottery with Ben and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I've ever done! Ben's teaching skills and knowledge are truly wonderful - I can honestly say this course was worth every penny! I'm so chuffed with my Raku fired pieces and I hope to book back onto another course one day!'

'Had a fab time learning to throw some clay. Ben was a great teacher and very knowledgeable and interesting. Learnt a lot and had some fun doing so'

'I absolutely loved the day at the pottery, it was the best day I have had since loosing my sight'
