SHIPPING POLICY

Making pottery is a lengthy process and we would need to fire your creations twice - each firing takes 24 hours - anything that you make during your course may take up to 2 weeks to be posted to you.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the size / weight of your creation

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are happy to fully refund any sessions booked up to 2 weeks before the date but after this time we are very sorry but we would be unable to refund or cancel as we run really small classes and would have difficulty filling your place
